LRC 3, is a radio controlled overfill prevention system with integrated cable solution. It is designed for the loading process of stationary and mobile tanks (e.g. tank trucks) in the non-EX area.

Following functions can be performed with LRC 3:

  • Motor (pump) start / stop
  • Filling start / stop
  • Rotational speed control
  • Loading process interruption
  • Wind / rewind hose drum
  • Switch the auxiliary shaft to / and off
  • Additional freely definable remote control functions
  • Deadman operation and emergency stop
  • ANA function (Germany)-deadman
  • Automatic fill stop
  • For further activations of the tank truck management system from the tank with the remote control LRC 3 Remote are possible in conjunction with TWM from Horn Tecalemit - see www.tecalemit.de; SAM Meter or Dezidata Meter.

The following types of limiters can be addressed:

  • Limit value transmitter according to TRbF (PTC thermistor probes - German standard EN13616)

Overfill is reliably prevented in combination with limit probes.
