LRC REC2 is the radio signal receiver box with changeable antenna part (suitable for indoor and outdoor use) and is usually mounted at the highest position of the tanker truck. Connected to the LRC / Charger in the cabin of the tanker, the delivery of the liquid is controlled by closing / opening valves.
The radio receiver box LRC REC2 is also a selfmade development of Secu-Tech. The connected antenna rod on the receiver box can be changed or removed if necessary. On the one hand, radio technology is extremely narrow-band developed, which guarantees a high immunity to interference and a long range. On the other hand, the device is highly temperature-independent, so that the range does not even decrease with a temperature difference of 60 ° C (eg LRC-Small at the house wall at -30 ° C and receiver box at the cab at + 30 ° C). Such temperature-insensitive radio modules are otherwise found only in military applications at very high prices.
The following functions can be performed with the LRC-Small / Gas hand transmitter or with the additional remote control:
The LRC-Small / Remote is the EX-transmitter, which is used either alone with the LRC-Charger as EX-deadman or additionally as remote control to the normal LRC-Small / Gas.
The LRC Small / Remote is ATEX tested and has the certificate ATEX TÜV-A 00.ATEX.0001X Eex ib (ia) IIB T4. The LRC Small Remote is small, lightweight, easy to use and reliable. In the radio frequency 433MHZ band, the LRC-Small / Remote works very narrowband and temperature stable, therefore also suitable for use in cold environments or with large temperature differences (eg driver's cab +20 degrees, outdoor use -15 degrees).
For use in potentially explosive atmospheres, the LRC Small / Remote is equipped with an intrinsically safe, high-capacity battery unit. These LRC Small / Batt intrinsically safe batteries are simple, easy to replace and have capacity for more than 36 hours of continuous operation. The radio link is classified in the open field with over 1000m range as sufficient and very good. Even in tanks in the basement or in the urban area, LRC reaches ranges of 300 to 500 m. In the event of radio failure or other unforeseeable events, the system always goes into safe mode and shuts down. Overspill is not possible.
The following functions can be performed with the LRC-Small / Gas hand transmitter or with the additional remote control:
The LRC LPG system controls automatically the LPG tank level limit. When the permissible filling quantity is reached, the filling is automatically stopped by the contact of the liquefied gas at the limit probe. If required, the tanker driver can immediately interrupt or stop the filling process or control the speed by using the additional hand-held transmitter or directly on the LRC-Small Remote Control. The filling can also be interrupted/restarted directly on the LRC-Small transmitter. In countries where a limit probe is not mandatory in the tank and does not exist, the radio controlled overfill prevention is controlled by the EX radio remote control LRC-Small / Remote. A dead man (dead man time set by the manufacturer) is activated and the driver presses the STOP button as soon as the tank is full to close the valve on the tanker and finish the filling.
The LRC Small / Gas is ATEX approved and has the certificate ATEX TÜV-A 00.ATEX.0001X Eex ib (ia) IIB T4. The LRC Small / Gas Handheld Transmitter is small, lightweight, easy to use, reliable and suitable for direct attachment to the level sensor. In the 433 MHz radio frequency band, the LRC-Small works very narrow-band and temperature-stable, making it ideal for use in cold environments or in the case of large temperature differences (e.g. driver's cab +20 degrees, outdoor use -15 degrees).
The following functions can be performed with the LRC-Small / Gas hand transmitter or with the additional remote control:
The LRC charger is at the same time a charger for the LRC-Small / Batt batteries, as well as amplifier for prevention of overspills. The LRC Charger is usually mounted in the cabin of the tanker-truck. The LRC Charger is the central unit for the complete system.
The LRC Charger / Switching Amplifier forwards the received signal from the LRC Small / Gas transmitter on the tank or from the LRC Small remote control "LRC Small / Remote" to the circuitry.
"The LRC Charger is a self-developed, intelligent battery charger that works with a variety of parameters and readings." 1, Battery Charger: The LRC Small / Batt charges quickly and gently at the same time.LRC Charger is one of the few chargers that charge cells There is no memory effect! Cells that appear to be defective are refreshed again A completely empty battery is charged in 5 minutes to a level that allows you to monitor a filling for more than 50 minutes with a limit switch 2.5 hours fully recharged 2, overfill prevention: The device consists internally completely of 2 separate electronic parts, each evaluate the radio signals of the remote control and independently switch a relay for the filling process release.
