ATEX certified 1-4 channel overfill prevention for simultaneous filling of up to 4 tanks in explosion-proof environments such as petrol stations, tank farms and depots and similar applications.
Highest safety with efficient and rapid deliveries.
The main area of application is the supply of explosive petroleum products at petrol stations by tank vehicles.
The LRC-OP can be used as a single device, but is also compatible with all systems for crossfill prevention devices.
The "LRC 3 Control" is a combination of receiver and amplifier with integrated cable overfill prevention. "LRC 3 Control" takes over the control of the solenoid valve and the engine management. This receiver unit communicates with the LRC 3 Small Remote control and the LRC 3 RC or LRC 3 Remote control.
The "LRC 3 Control" is usually mounted inside the drivers cabinet of the tanker.
LRC 3 Control functions:
LRC 3 Control transfers the received signal from the LRC 3 Small transmitter on the tank or from the LRC 3 RC or LRC 3 Remote Control to the circuit accordingly.
The "LRC 3 RC" is the Remote Control handheld transmitter with display (independent of meters with liter display).
The "LRC 3 RC" can be operated alone with the "LRC 3 Control", or together with the "LRC 3 Small" as a remote control.
Features:
The "LRC 3 RC" and “LRC 3 Remote” handheld transmitter is small, lightweight, easy to use and reliable. In the radio frequency 433MHZ band, the "LRC 3 RC or Remote" works very narrowband and temperature stable, therefore also suitable for use in cold environments or with large temperature differences (eg driver's cab +20 degrees, outdoor use -15 degrees).
The "LRC 3 RC", the Remote Control handheld transmitter with display is powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with up to 55 hours of continuous operation possible (11 hours with lighting). These batteries are simple and easily replaceable.
The radio link is classified in the open field with over 1000m range as sufficient and very good. Even in tanks in the basement or in the urban area, LRC reaches ranges of 300 to 500 m. In the event of radio failure, faulty probe or other unforeseeable events, the system always switches to the safe state and switches off.
Overfill is not possible.
The "LRC 3 Small" is a radio remote control with overfill prevention function and additional remote control functions. The standard "LRC 3 Small" supports limit value transmitters according to TRbF or EN 13616.
Features:
The "LRC 3 Small" handheld transmitter is small, lightweight, easy to use, reliable and suitable for direct connection to the limit probe.
In the 433 MHz radio frequency band, the LRC-Small works very narrow-band and temperature-stable, making it ideal for use in cold environments or in the case of large temperature differences (eg driver's cab +20 degrees, outdoor use -15 degrees).
The "LRC 3 Small" is plugged directly to the probe, while the device checks the functionality of the limit probe and then releases the opening of the valves (start of the pump) automatically. The "LRC 3 Small" is powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with up to 11 hours of continuous operation. These batteries are simple and easily replaceable.
The radio link is classified in the open field with over 500m range as sufficient and very good. Even in basement or urban tanks, LRC3 can reach long ranges. In the event of radio failure, faulty probe or other unforeseeable events, the system always switches to the safe state and switches off.
Overfill is not possible.
The "LRC 3 handheld transmitters and Remote Controls" are operated with rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with the "LRC 3 Small" up to 11 hours of continuous operation, the "LRC 3 RC" up to 55 hours of continuous operation (11 hours with lighting) are possible. These batteries are simple and easily replaceable.
The 24V charger is suitable for "LRC 3 Small", "LRC 3 Remote" and "LRC 3 RC".
The alarm output indicates that no device is in the charging cradle.
