CHECKING OF EXISTING PIDS ON SITE
PIDs to EN14116 existing on a plant can be tested directly with the SECU PIDTest even when already installed.
This makes it possible to check the correct programming and installation, as well as to detect short circuits and interruptions.
Intrinsically safe supply with mains-independent continuous operation.
ADVANTAGES OF THE SECU MULTIPID TEST DEVICE:
- The SECU MultiPID Tester has an intrinsically safe supply and can be used locally without external power supply. Continuous operation in zone 1 is possible for at least 12 hours without intermediate charging. With complete draining of the internal battery, a complete recharge is guaranteed with our special developed fast charger in 2.5 hours (without memory effect).
- The SECU MultiPIDTester is normally required by installers and operators to check PIDs at the depot or gas station directly on the couplings or loading arms and is certified for use in Ex Zone 1.
COMPATIBILITY TO OTHER SYSTEMS:
- All existing PIDs according to EN 14116 can be read easily and quickly on site with the SECU MultiPID test device.

Serves according to EN14116 at petrol stations and depots as an informant of the existing product configuration for the evaluation electronics.
If the filling and vapor recovery hoses or loading arms are connected to the couplings, this represents a conductive connection between the tank truck electronics and the Secu MultiPID or Secu SinglePID on the other side. It is checked whether the tank contents with the product to be refueled matches and if they match the filling will be released.
ATEX-certified for Zone 0
The Secu SinglePID is installed in the filling shaft of the petrol station or at the loading arms at the gantry.
PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION TO AVOID CROSSFILL
- Electronic unit: digital information about the product in the depot tank (e.g. gasoline, diesel, etc.) coming through the loading arm
- Replacement for single PIDs (tags)

CHANNEL SWITCHING AND MODBUS
- The first two product channels can be duplicated and allow the depot to deliver two different products in succession via the same loading arm. These can be switched via a switch or via the Modbus from the control panel. Furthermore, all channels can be reprogrammed during operation via the Modbus in order to be able to change products and produce different product compositions.
Cost-Effective:
- It is only a small electronics instead of 6 individual PIDs necessary, the new (re) programming can be done locally.
Highest Safety:
- Each individual product and vapor recovery connection is individually monitored
